Like a jungle sometimes… FURIOUS 5/KURTIS BLOW no-show in Manchester

The Furious 5 have facebooked.
Effective Immediately The Furious 5 and Kurtis Blow have ended thier relationship with Shuriken Media and Uma Gally. Miss Gally has been relieved of all duties due to Inexperience, misappropriating funds maintaining a hostile business enviorment as well as decieitful tactics that only led to confusion and friction among our peers. In 30 years of touring individually and collectively we have never expierienced such an unprofessional relationship such as this. So in the midst of these irreconcilable differences Uma Gally and or Shuriken Media have been relieved of all duties.

An over-used headline to be sure, but hella apt.
Remaining neutral here: disappointed fans, disappointed band, they certainly are FURIOUS – I can’t quite spot where the injustice has been done yet, but from what I can tell the F5 and Kurtis Blow were not getting paid, something to do with tax and promoters, and they’ve now split with Shuriken Media who were representing them ‘exclusively’ in the UK. The spat has been made overtly public and currently sees both British supporters of the crew, the 5 and Blow themselves, and Shuriken in a massive mud-slinging match over tax.
Here’s the event’s wall, out of interest.
Comment below if you have a comment to make… Seems similar to what happened with Musiq over in Manchester back on Valentine’s…
